Executing an order the customer declares to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.
Assembly: All bikes for sale are partially assembled to optimize transport. Some bicycles are assembled other 80% are completely assembled. Although the assembly of bicycles within the reach of an average user experienced Bcycles.it always advisable to seek the assistance of a technician or an expert during assembly.
Not all bikes are equipped with installation manual. Bcycles.it is not responsible for the assembly of bicycles and is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly of bicycles sold on the site.
Prices: The prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) including VAT 21% but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are billed at the end of the order in addition to selected products. The system will automatically add shipping costs. Availability: All products ordered indicated as available at our. Warehouse and are usually shipped in 2-10 working days.
In the event that the product you ordered is not available, Bcycles.it will contact customers via e-mail or phone to inform them of the time required for delivery of the product ordered. Delivery methods: Products purchased on the site can be delivered throughout Europe EU only. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient and will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

Bcycles.it can not be considered as responsible for the consequences caused by any delay in delivery or damage to the goods during the carriage by the courier. Bcycles.it be able to replace the damaged parts just in case the parcel is damaged and the recipient agrees to the subject parcel.
Shipping: The shipping cost is calculated in the cart at the end of the shopping.

Bcycles.it proceed with the transmission of the re-credit on the cost of goods shipped within 30 working days following the dispatch of the goods by the customer and not before the receipt of goods. Refund will be made exclusively on bank account.
Warranty and approval: All products sold on our site have the EC approval and covered by the guarantee of conformity by the manufacturer for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty applies only to end users. There is no warranty against damage resulting from defects in assembly by the customer and wear for everyday use of the vehicle.
